I know it's a bargain, but is it new?

Absolutely, every product listed on our site is brand new in the original manufacturer's box complete with appropriate power packs, cables, and manufacturer supplied instruction manuals.

What is the warranty?

All equipment is fully covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. Each manufacturer has
established their own policy so please refer to either their manual or website for specifics, however
you can use the following as a guide:

VeriFone Terminals – 5 years

VeriFone Printers – 1 year

Hypercom Terminals – 5 years

Hypercom Printers – 1 year

All manufacturers exclude customer abuse, spillage, power surges, and lightning strikes from their
warranty. For the first 30 days Bargain Terminals will handle replacement and warranty work. After
30 days from the date of purchase, customers must contact the manufacturer for all warranty work.

Tell me about your return policy

Terminals and printers may be returned at customer’s expense within the first 30 days following
purchase. A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all returns or cancellations. All returned
equipment must be sent back in the original new condition with the original packing materials.
Please place the equipment box inside another carton and use a bubble wrap type of protection.
Make sure that you send the equipment back by one of the national carriers which provides tracking. Prior to returning equipment for either return, repair, or replacement please be sure to contact us at CustomerService@BargainTerminals.com. Because all software is licensed we cannot accept returns for any software that has been opened.
